argus-server streaming return failed

When the .debug file is present, the configure script will adjust
the compiler flags to enable debugging support in argus.  Debug
output will be sent to the terminal when the -D option is used.
If running argus from the build directory, it might be necessary
to adjust the sudo command to find the argus just compiled.  Maybe

% sudo bin/argus -D4 -i eno3  -w argus-udp://a.b.c.d:1235

You will see lots of output similar to
