Is my impression, or the link

http://qosient.com/argus/dev/argus-latest.tar.gz

is still pointing to

http://qosient.com/argus/dev/argus-3.0.8.tar.gz

instead of
http://qosient.com/argus/dev/argus-3.0.8.1.tar.gz

Maybe it is on purpose.
