ratop not launching

Hi Carter,

The configure gave no warnings the first time during compile time.
After your last email mentioning that I must have the readline libaries,
which on CentOS 6.6, default install it is missing, went ahead and
installed the readline libraries, recompiled Argus again, and it worked.
