Small configure issue with argus 3.0.8

Hey Jesse,
Thanks for pointing out that the links pointed to 3.0.6 versions in error.  Fixed that !!!
Cool, so its a little bit of a false alarm, but still an issue, so we'll try to document
it, offer your workaround and fix it a little later.

So all is well ??? The Carolina's treating you well ??
