argus[-clients]-3.0.8 on the development server

So I’ve got the final distribution up on the developers list.
This will be the stable distribution, if no one finds anything
wrong.

Thanks for all the support and patience !!!!

Once its done, and I’ve had some time to not think about
argus for a short while, we’ll start on argus-3.1.0.
