argus[-clients].3.0.8.rc.6 available

Gentle people,
The latest release candidates are on the server as rc.6 to
get the version numbers in sync. Standard links are in effect.

This is about as close as it gets to being done.

Primary changes are a few bug fixes, for reliable connections,
but the majority of the work is in portability and packaging
support, man page consistency, header consistency and removal
of stray ._* files.

Please do take a look at this code, we’ll release in a few
days if all is quiet.
