Argus 3.0.8 Debian packages postinst error (original issues remain)

Hey  Nick,
I’ve mode changes to argus’s debian directory permissions,
and modified the clients init.d files in the pkg/ubuntu directories.
Could you regrab the argus[-clients]-latest files to see
if I’ve got it right yet ???
