Gentle people,
New client code is up with a lot of bug fixes.

This has many adjustments to try to fix rasqlinsert() issues, as
well as ralabel() problems, which I believe to be fixed, but, of
course, you  never know !!!

I found and ran cppcheck(), so was able to test it against all
the files, and found some very interesting bugs, so that was
a very good exercise.  Highly recommended.
