time column field width in ra type programs

Hey John,
The field width is specified with the field name, either on the commandline
or in your RA_FIELD_SPECIFIER in the rarc, using ":n".
Here are examples to give the time 18 spaces.
RA_FIELD_SPECIFIER="stime:18 dur flgs proto saddr sport dir daddr dport spkts dpkts sbytes dbytes state"
ra -S localhost -s stime:18 dur flgs.....
