argus max connection

Hey CS Lee,
So is limited to 5. As we only put down 5 listens.
This is pretty arbitrary, so to increase it, change
the value for ARGUS_MAXLISTEN in the file

   ./argus/ArgusOutput.h

and recompile.  Here is a patch for 10.
