Ratop doesn't appear in bin directory of 3.0.7.5 clients

There are a new set of dependancies like pcre, but ratop should build regardless.
So if you cd to the examples directory, and type make, does it want to descend into
the ratop directory to make it?

If you're in the ./examples/ratop directory, and type make, does it do anything?
