Ratop doesn't appear in bin directory of 3.0.7.5 clients

I've compiled the latest version of the clients and when I looked through the bin directory, I don't see ratop.  I rebuilt the server that my argus clients were running on, so it's possible I missed some kind of dependency.

Here are my ncurses packges:

ncurses-base-5.7-3.20090208.el6.x86_64
ncurses-libs-5.7-3.20090208.el6.x86_64
ncurses-5.7-3.20090208.el6.x86_64

Do I need an ncurses-devel or something?
