Gentle people,
A new clients distribution has been uploaded.  This fixes a large number of
bugs related to compile errors in .35, documentation and timestamps after ra* processing.
If you've had problems with rasplit.1 or rastream.1 putting records into weird directories,
or into bins in the future, this  should help.   Be sure and update all ra* programs in your
data distribution, including radium, rasplit, rastream, etc….

This also includes many fixes for man pages, documentation, rpm generation and the like,
getting ready for argus-clients-3.0.6.0.

Please test this distribution, as it should be ready for final release.
