argus[-clients]-3.0.6 officially released

Gentle people,
We've released argus-3.0.6 and its clients.  There were slight modifications
to the previous tarfiles that were uploaded in the last few days.  One significant
change regarding aggregation was inserted, making field preservation the
default, and minor tweaking to man pages.

While argus-3.0.6 is predominately a bug fix release, there are hundreds of improvements,
so please do consider upgrading.

Please give a round of applause to all involved in making this one of the best
efforts to improve argus.  Of course if you discover any issues, please send
email to the list !!!

Now on to argus-3.0.7.1.
