new clients on the dev server

Gentle people,
I've uploaded argus-clients-3.0.5.16.tar.gz on the dev server:

This version fixes a number of bugs reported on the mailing list, as well as
a racluster() issue when aggregating CIDR addresses with (masklen < 25)
using a CIDR mask specification.  Also more performance modifications
were done.

This release also has full support for reading flow-tools files using the "-r" option.
The option has been extended to support different types of flow files.  See the ra.1
manpage for details.  An example (the "ft" is for flowtools).

   ra -r ft:file

You get this feature if you have lib-tools libraries available, and you set the
"with-libft" directive in ./configure.
