round trip time within a flow

Hi Carter,

I'm playing around with tcprtt. It can be used for a first quick shot, but
not for rtt variations within an existing flow. One issue I have is traffic
shaping, which prioritize small packet. The other thing are long time flow,
especially terminal server sessions.

Is there a possibility to extract round trip times from a flow for example
to graph rtt variations in this flow over time?
