R: argusarchive on argus 3.0.2

If you have both files that you want to archive together, modify the script to add the additional
moving, rather than run the script twice.  This will insure that the two files will get the same
date variables.  If you run two independent scripts, it is possible that, for example, the packets 
could go into one day's archive, and the flows go into the next days archive (12:59:59 for flows,
00:00:00 for packets).  With one script, all the new directory destinations will be the same.
