[Bug] Rastrip -R option

Since I saw mention of a .0.1 release, I wanted to list out a few minor bugs
I have been sitting on, in case it is wanted for them be included in the
next release.  If there is a desired way of listing these bugs, please let
me know, I am doing one bug per email.


Invoking -R option with Rastrip causes Rastrip to write the output to stdout
and not replace the original files.  This happens with or with out the
keyword "replace" after -M
