Time Issue on OpenBSD 4.2 with rc.69 (Was: Re: Sparc64 OpenBSD4.1 Compile issue)

The make wasn't failing "completely".  and it should be fixed now and  
on the server.
And if you have a machine that I can access that expresses the  
problem, I may be
able to fix it.
