argus with sasl2 installation

Hey CS Lee,
I was hoping that the CMU aclocal.m4 routines would find the
stuff in /usr/local, and then find your missing library somewhere
else, assuming all was there but in hidden places.

Cool, we'll we need to add this to the documentation.
I put up another rc.42 which has the SASL code added to
radium, so if you are testing this and would like to include
radium, grab rc.42 again.
