argus with sasl2 installation

Carter,
When I try with
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/stow/argus-3rc42 --with-sasl
I got this
.........
checking sasl/sasl.h usability... no
checking sasl/sasl.h presence... no
checking for sasl/sasl.h... no
configure: error: sasl2 not found. see the INSTALL for more info
For freebsd, I just need to install this -
pkg_add -vr cyrus-sasl-saslauthd
It will fetch and install the client as well, I can see it has been
installed and I have this -
ls -la /usr/local/include/sasl
total 106
