proposing a argus-3.0 code freeze

Gentle people,
Getting close to release, so I am proposing a code freeze for argus.   
I'll
fix anything that comes up, but I'd like to propose that we do a final
round of testing for compatibility, correctness, and put the effort now
towards documentation and packaging.

We've got the RedHat rpm and Debian package maintainers on
the list, and I've sent mail to the Macports maintainers to get
their opinion/suggestions/involvement.  Are there any others
that we should include?  Are there SuSE maintainers?
