Oddness in rc41

I generated an argus file from Cisco netflow using this:

ra -C -S 9995 -w argus.out - not icmp

I had a ~/.rarc file left over from when I was trying to get Cisco netflow to
work with rc40 that had this in it:

RA_CISCONETFLOW_PORT=9995

When I ran any of the ra clients like this (for example):

ra -r argus.out

it would not generate any output and after a short pause, exit.  Is this what
it's supposed to do?  If so, I'll be more careful with my .rarc files in the
future.
