ra rc.37: buggy parser?

Wolfgang,
The wording in the manpage is incorrect, the "-r" option does not
require a terminating '-' character, neither does the '-R' or the '-s'
options. I've removed the incorrect text and modified the '-r' option
description to explain how to correctly mix files and stdin.
