ra rc.37: buggy parser?

Okay, I missunderstood the man page. If there is only one terminating '-'
allowed, the following in the ra man page should be changed:

  -r <file file ...> - to -r <file file ...>
  -R <dir dir ...> -   to -R <dir dir ...>
  -s <[-][[+[#]]field[:len] ...> -  to -s <[-][[+[#]]field[:len] ...>
