Hey Russell,
Good suggestion!!!! We added the "-M " so we could add options without
having to use up a character. So I have added a "-M TZ=" option and
here are some examples that do work:
-M TZ=PST8
-M TZ=EST5EDT4,M3.2.0/02,M11.1.0/02
These values are cool for the TZ environment variable, so they work
here.
This now works for all ra*programs, and the command line option will
override anything that is in the .rarc file. Also you can feed the
option
to ratop() using the 'M' , "Specify modes:" command.
I have not updated the manpages or the usage() prompts. I'll try to
get that out when I send up rc.40.
Of course, the value that you set TZ to must conform to
what the tzset libraries are expecting for it
to work.
