Argus memory issues

OK, so I have a small memory argus that generates valid records now,
and I've
uploaded it as argus-3.0.0.smallmemory.rc.2.tar.gz.

Now, there are some issues, but this should run, and you can point
clients at
it. Now, I still have to do some tweaking for multiple clients, as
that is the
worse situation, so please test this with a single client at a time
(and an output
file is considered a client ;o) and lets see if the memory
requirement is
reasonable.

Thanks for all the testing, I think we're close!!!!
