make error on Red Hat 3

Hello,

I have successfully installed the server piece of argus but have had
issues installing argus-clients.  A configure seems to work, but I get
the following when attempting make:

ratop.c:877: `KEY_PPAGE' undeclared (first use in this function)
ratop.c: At top level:
ratop.c:2122: syntax error before '*' token
ratop.c: In function `RaUpdateWindow':
ratop.c:2128: `A_NORMAL' undeclared (first use in this function)
ratop.c:2129: `COLOR_WHITE' undeclared (first use in this function)
ratop.c:2134: `queue' undeclared (first use in this function)
ratop.c:2141: `COLS' undeclared (first use in this function)
ratop.c:2268: `window' undeclared (first use in this function)
/usr/include/bits/mathinline.h: At top level:
ratop.h:70: storage size of `RaOrigTty' isn't known
make[1]: *** [ratop.o] Error 1

[root at fs3 argus-clients-2.0.6]# flex --version
flex version 2.5.4

[root at fs3 argus-clients-2.0.6]# bison --version
bison (GNU Bison) 1.875c

[root at fs3 root]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 8)

Any ideas?
