	There is in fact nothing wrong with ARGUS_MAX_S_OPTIONS being 34 
because there are only 34 unique options selectable (a number of them have
a "both" option which can be replaced as desired with a src or dst sub option
which brings the total sensible count down from 47 to 34). Mostly what is 
needed is a man page tune up and some bug fixing (some options seem to work 
slightly incorrectly at present).
