Windows clients for Cygwin?

Greetings,

The web site for Argus mentions that the client programs have been
ported to Cygwin, but I am getting quite a few errors trying to build
them on Cygwin. (argus-clients-2.0.6)

The configured clients/Makefile does try to include a cygwin-include
directory, but there isn't one in the tarball. Is this something which
got trimmed out accidentally, or is there a better way to build the
clients under Cywin?
