Rastrip man page

Attached is a bare bones rastrip(1) man page. That is based on lots of
guesswork (marked with '?'). Please review!

The patch for rastrip.c modifies the usage screen for rastrip -h because I guessed (from the source) it was the usage from 2.x and the dsrs have changed.

some issues on rastrip:

- specifying multiple dsrs after a single -M is not possible (e.g. -time gets
interpreted as -t 'ime'), but multiple -M's work fine.
- I didn't figure out how to use the 'replace' mode on an existing file.
- no clue what some of the dsrs mean (e.g. icmp - doesn't strip icmp?)
- what the hell is a dsr? data structure record?
