	I just discovered that 

RA_FIELD_SPECIFIER=+2lasttime

didn't do what I expected (i.e. make lastime field 2 in the output, it makes it
field 3). This may be useful to use in an example in the man page to show
what is going to happen (it would also be useful to have the default field
names listed there I expect). What I really want is 

RA_FIELD_SPECIFIER=+1lasttime
