[ARGUS] apparant bug in 2.0.6 ...

	I know you don't want to hear this :-) but it looks like there is a
bug (this is the original release I haven't tried fix.1 yet):

	This one is correct I expect:

ra -r archive/2004/06/07/argus.2004.06.07.23.00.00.gz -c -nn host 192.0.0.250

	This one has lost the port numbers (because they are all 1s perhaps?):

	I tried removing the RA_FIELD_SPECIFIER=+1lasttime but that didn't
help (and thus probably isn't the cause :-)).
