Other than the new release creating bin/argus_ at V_PCAP@, anyone
see any other problems?

Gentle people,
I've got a new release candidate that does well on
RH and Mac OS X. If we could give this a run, maybe we've
got a winner!!

ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus-2.0/argus-2.0.6.rc1.tar.gz

Thanks!!!
Carter

Hey Guys,
Sorry for the delayed response. Peter is right on about
the status. The configure.in problems should be fixed now,
and I'll have a new release candidate up today with the new
name strategy.

I have access to Mac OS X now, so I'll try to find out what
is up with it today.

Carter

On the release candidate front, (Carter) do you think you could incorporate
the release candidacy into the name of the tarball/version of Argus? It's
getting quite messy when multiple tarballs called argus-2.0.6.tar.gz are
running around, and none of them are the yet to be released Argus 2.0.6.

argus-2.0.6.rc1.tar.gz etc would be good, so that we can all be talking
about the same release candidate and know for sure that we are.

Hope this makes sense.

regards

Andrew
