2 interfaces limit?

I find the 2 interface limit for the argus deamon quite annoying.
Indeed, I run argus on a routeur with 6 interfaces (say outside,
inside, dmz, student network, wireless network, backup dsl line...)

How hard is this limit?
Are there plans to lift it up?
