Invalid ra.conf directives with argus-clients-2.0.6.beta.46

Hi Carter,

I've noticed that following /etc/ra.conf configuration directives that 
have been in my /etc/ra.conf since the dawn of time are causing ra to barf 
in version 2.0.6.beta.46:

RA_PRINT_ARGUSID=no
RA_PRINT_MACADDRS=no
RA_PRINT_COUNTS=yes
RA_PRINT_STARTIME=yes
RA_PRINT_LASTIME=no
RA_PRINT_DURATION=yes

They're still referred to in rarc(5), so I suspect we have something for 
the entomology department.
