differing options on server and clients ra?

Hey Peter,
   I'll add that tonight or tomorrow.  If you find any
others like this, don't hesitate to send mail.
I would like to transition to the argus-clients tools
completely if possible, removing all ra* programs
from the argus distribution.   But that may still
take a little time.
