libpcap-0.7.1 released

Gentle people,
   A new libpcap has been released from www.tcpdump.org.
If you have some time, give libpcap-0.7.1 a try.  I am
just now testing, so it would be interesting to compare
notes.  This has a huge amount of work done to it, so
there maybe some real benefit to using this.
