description of record parameters

Hey Bernd,
   You may want to look at the Xml schema description
of an Argus Record, ArgusRecord.xsd, that is in the
./support/Xml directory of the source distribution. You can get a
copy of the source at http://qosient.com/argus/downloads.htm

If that doesn't help, send mail, as I do have some documents
that are in the works.
