Hey Wozz,
Yes ragator does an excellent job with this, with a
simple configuration file. Ragator is designed to
aggregate argus records together, and it has a lot of
features.
If you can't get a handle on what to do with ragator,
(there is a man page and a sample configuration file in
./support/Config/fmodel.conf) just drop some mail.
I've been really busy with NYC related stuff, but I can
get to a sample configuration file that will do what you
want, later this week/weekend.
