argus-2.0.0.beta.10

Gentle people,
   Well I'm bumming because we changed argus() for
the NetBSD port.  It is now working, where it was not
working at all, so that is a consolation, but because
we changed argus(), I can't really go with an official
release until we have some testing.

   So we are going with argus-2.0.0.beta.10, which
will be the release, if we don't have any problems.
We can all blame NetBSD for this delay ;o)

   Release date is now set for Friday March 9, 2001.
