Gentle people,
  Argus-2.0.0U is not available.  This  release fixes a few
gottchas in ra* clients.  You can find this fine release at:

Specifics are:
   Fix ra core dump with "frag" filter directive.
   Fixed ra core dump with -S option when .rarc not configured for
server.
   Fixed argusbug to report editor and how to change it.
   Enabled syslog() support in default compiler options.
   Additions to argus startup script to support chkconfig.
   Added -D option to argus to support daemon operation.
   
   Replaced all sprintf() with snprintf() for security reasons
     in common/*.c and server/*.c.

   Modifications for paramter type -pedantic compiler complaints.
   Additions to man pages.

Thanks to Russell and David for the problems and many solutions.

Getting even closer to release time.
