argus-2.0.0S and Argus Status

Gentle people,
   Argus-2.0.0S is now ready for consumption.  True to its name,
the 'S' line is Solaris ready, Streamlined, Sexy, Sleek,
Sophisticated, Serializable, all the things that make
'S' Something Else.  So, ..., go get YOUR S, and get it
today ;o)

A few things.  The file structure of the supporting files,
routines, scripts, etc. has changed from ./examples to 
./support.  Hopefully for the better.

I've implemented the new search path strategy for finding
argus configuration files.  /etc/argus.conf, then
$ARGUSHOME/argus.conf, the $HOME/argus.conf.  If there is
$ARGUSPATH defined, we just look for argus.conf in that path.

I should probably add $ARGUSHOME/lib/argus.conf based on
earlier mail, so expect that to be in the default search path.

I added the -X option to argus, which resets all configuration
options to default.  Needed when you have a /etc/argus.conf
and its not what you want to use right now.

Ra* programs now read bzip2(1) compressed data, which does
seem to compress argus data a bit better than gzip(1).

Fixed a problem that Neil was having where Argus was falsely
labeling udp streams as rtp.

And some documentation was improved on.  ra.1 should be looking
really good, and argus.1 should be almost ready.  Please
take a look at these important man pages, if you have a chance.

Again, please take a look at the FAQ and add/delete/modify if
you have a chance.
