CVS tree for argus

Gentle people, 
   We can, and should ?, distribute the CVS tree for
argus.  If we do make it available, should I create a
new tree for the release, or should I just release
the existing CVS tree?

   Until I have a dedicated web server, access will
be in the form of a tarfile of the complete CVS
tree, possibly updated daily.
