Argus Default Output Format

Gentle People,
I was just now reviewing the mail I sent yesterday,
and the code that I sent today does implement the new
default format, BUT it doesn't do the TCP state decodes,
as I mentioned at the end of the "Argus Default Output
Format" email. I'll get that in next week.

Gentle People,

TCP State Reporting
I believe that we'll stay with the "INT", "CON", "CLO"
style by default, and have a switch to turn on the
TCP specific "sSEFC" flags. This is bit advanced, and
so for the uninitiated the default needs to be consistent
regardless of protocol.
