Gentle people,
   "z" is now on qosient.com.  This is yet another attempt
at fixing the existing fragment problem that
seems to still exist in "y".  I have gone through the
fragment code letter by letter, and I have found some
issues, so this may fix the server problems that have been
going on.  Please give this a test if you have experienced
mysterious argus stability problems.

There is a report that the -A option in the argus is not
doing its thing, and so I'm working on that today.
