Argus update for your web page

	I see on your web page

that you have some outdated (but still present unfortunatly) information. The
Argus distribution site has moved from 

ftp.sei.cmu.edu/pub/argus

to

ftp.andrew.cmu.edu/pub/argus

	The current version is 1.8.1 (1.5 and 1.7 are the only two on the
original site). There is also a mailing list for argus users now:

mailto:argus-request at lists.andrew.cmu.edu

	Perhaps you would update the page?
