Argus 2.0 wishes

I'd say go ahead and put it together.  If you've got some
time to keep up with it, you're probably way ahead of me,
and having a decent web page to cover the stuff would be
way better than what we have now.  There will be continuing
duscussion of what to put there, we've long talked about
the value of usage scenerios, but never did much to put
them together.  Seems there's more energy of late, so maybe
that can work now.
