[WPPD] Thank You from WPPD 2005 Coordinators

Dear Fellow Pinholer,

Thank you for taking part in the 2005 Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day
celebration by submitting an image to the online gallery.

It was another successful Pinhole Day in so many ways.  This year, 1,815
individuals from 52 countries submitted images for the gallery.  Well  
over
100 workshops, gallery exhibitions and school classroom projects were  
held
across the globe in support of this global event and to introduce even
more people to the simple joy of expressing ones self through a simple
lensless camera.  We are in awe of the creativity and vision  
demonstrated
by this year's participants in the 2005 exhibition.

The WPPD coordinating team would like to thank those of you who
volunteered and organized the many local events that help make "pinhole
day" possible.

The next Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day will be held on April 30,  
2006.
