[Retros] Bonavoglia 60JT deadline postponed to end of February

The deadline for my 60JT is over, but we decided to give one more month 
for late submissions.
The new deadline is therefore Feb 28th to the same address as before
(Antonio Garofalo) perseus at bestproblems.it
I remind that the TT is for proof games with multisolutions and/or 
twins, showing bicolor
